One of the RFE we got has the following two questions.
1. IRS Tax Return Filing Status: Submit an original computer printout from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), date stamped by the IRS, showing the status of all tax returns filed by the U.S. company.
2. IRS Computer Tax Records: Submit original computer printouts from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), date stamped by the IRS, of tax returns filed with the IRS by the U.S. company for the years: 2007-2008
How to get these documents from IRS website?

I have the following question reg. my wife's status.
1. i applied Green Card in EB3 category, i have my EAD but iam not using it and iam maintaining my H1b for my wife as she is in H4.
2. Meantime my company is processing EB2 for me and is in PERM stage and i have included my wife in the EB2 process.
Suppose if we apply a new H1b visa for my wife and because of the tough situation if that H1b petiton is denied for my wife, will there be any queries or any issues when my wife files I-485/EAD in EB2 . Also will it cause any serious delays or I-485/EAD might get rejected?

I was H1B, but used AP return to the U.S. the same company, but when I filed the new I-9 form after return, the company lawyer asked me to write EAD and EAD expiration date, so I guess I am AOS now? or not? I am not sure. My company will resume my H1B this month, but don't know when it will be completed.
Now I am going to e-file EAD renew.There are some questions in the form I-765 that I am not sure how to answer (The lawyer has completed his 140 and 485 document, so he doesn't want to answer now.):
1, Manner of Last Entry into the U.S.: Should I choose PAR (PAROLEE) or H1B (SPECIALITY OCCUPATION)?
2, Status: Should I choose PAR (PAROLEE) or H1B(SPECIALITY OCCUPATION)?
3, Please select your eligibility status : Should I choose (a) (4) PAROLEE or (c) (9) FILED I-485?

I received the excellent news today that the Memphis Youth Symphony Program has landed Bulgarian-born Stilian Kirov as it's new Music Director and Conductor. And since one of my children performs with the MSYP, the news is even better. Kirov is a graduate of the Julliard School of Music and has conducted major orchestras across Europe and the United States. Stilian is also an accomplished pianist. In 2001, he was awarded a gold medal in Paris' Claude Kahn International Piano Competition. We look forward to Maestro Kirov coming down Memphis way.

I got really good news... EB3 moved for 1 week...... its 22nd Jan 2002 now...:rolleyes:
Based on the numbers released by USCIS on pending 485s, EB3 will go up to mid-june 2002 for the entire FY2011 (without spill over, of course)....

I just missed 120-90 day window for filing EAD. My EAD expires on oct 12 and today is July 12TH.
Other stats:
Have H1B active with current employer till Feb 2009
Just got my priority date current - EB2 July 2004 for India
I-140 approved, I-485 and I-140 filed last year receipt date Sept 2007
Questions:
How can I get new EAd now?
I can continune working on H1B correct?
Any impact on my 485 application that now will process due to PD being current?
PLEASE HELP. I am confused and worried a bit.
